Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They are widely used to make websites work properly, improve performance, and provide information to site operators. Some cookies are stored only for the duration of your browser session ("session cookies"), while others remain on your device for a set period ("persistent cookies").
The CONCAM platform uses cookies for essential functionality only. On our public website, and only with your consent, Google Ads cookies measure the effectiveness of our advertising (see Section 2.3). No advertising cookies are set unless you accept the Marketing category, and we use no other third-party tracking cookies.
2. Cookies We Use
2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required for the platform to function. They cannot be disabled. No consent is required under EU ePrivacy Directive for strictly necessary cookies.

2.2 Local Storage (not cookies)
Your browser's local storage holds your cookie choice (together with its date and the policy version it was made against, so we can ask again if this policy changes) and your light or dark appearance preference. These stay until you clear your browser data. When you make a cookie choice we also record it on our servers — the categories accepted, the time, your IP address and browser type — so that we can demonstrate consent (GDPR Art. 7(1)). You can change your choice at any time via 'Cookie settings' in the footer.
2.3 Marketing Cookies (Google Ads)
With your consent, given in the cookie banner, we load Google's advertising tag to measure the effectiveness of the campaigns we run on Google Ads. Until you consent, no advertising cookies are set on your device. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer. 3. Legal Basis
Our use of strictly necessary cookies is based on our legitimate interest in providing a functional and secure service, and on the performance of our contract with you. These cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under the EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC as amended by 2009/136/EC) and its national implementations across the EU/EEA countries we operate in.
Any other non-essential cookies would require your explicit, freely given, informed and unambiguous consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Our website statistics are collected with a cookieless tool on our own server that stores nothing on your device and keeps no personal data; it is described in Privacy Policy Section 3.12 and requires no consent.

4.1 Cookie Consent Banner
When you first visit the CONCAM platform, a cookie banner is shown. You can accept all cookies or choose necessary cookies only. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the button below:
4.2 Browser Settings
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the platform from functioning correctly and you will not be able to remain signed in.

5. Third-Party Cookies
The sign-in cookies listed in Section 2.1 are set on the clerk.concam.lt subdomain by our identity provider (Clerk Inc., USA), which operates it on our behalf under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not embed any social media widgets or other third-party trackers, apart from the consent-gated Google Ads conversion tag on our public marketing site described in Section 2.3. No advertising cookies are set unless you consent to the Marketing category.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we change the cookies we use or if legislation changes. Material updates will be communicated via the cookie banner and/or email to registered users.
